Lots of driving today. We are in Houston right now… But that was after a few stops in Arkansas.
1st stop… Hot Springs. Totally cool place… Wish we had more time, and the chance to actually do a bath! It looks totally sweet! Plus, they have multi directional shower heads here that make the new stuff look pathetic by comparison… See below… Summer in a retro shower stall.

We walked the little trail at Hot Springs Mountain.. I tasted the water… Not bad really! Aiden was bored out of his mind!
We then headed off to Crater of the Diamonds State Park. Looking for our easy way to pay for this trip… No luck. we spent nearly 3 hours in the dirt field… Digging and playing (Well, only 1 was playing!). After a short deliberation.. It was decided to move on. Aiden and Summer picked up some rocks for sale in the gift shop. How did I know that was going to happen?
We made a big leap in driving after that. Driving from 5 PM to 11PM and getting about 50 miles from Galveston. We will be heading out that way tomorrow… And if the weather does not warm up… Start heading further South tomorrow night!
