The President in Peoria

Written by Eric on Wednesday, 31 of January , 2007 at 12:05 am

I was in the service garage today, and heard the rumble of a big plane.  We all anticipated what time Bush would be flying in…  But no one knew for sure.  I ran outside like a little kid and caught a view of the plane just a few hundred meters above the store…  I have to admit… I was grinning ear to ear.  It was cool to see.

Funniest thing I heard about the President today:  One of our employee’s girlfriend had a chance to snap a picture of the President at the Sterling Family Restaurant…  After a few poor photos, it was decided that the President has some kind of suit that keeps people from getting video or photos of him.  Some kind of force field.  ???  He was dead serious when he told the story…  You be the judge!  Did you get a picture?

Me either!

What the Heck is going on?

We are always on the run.  Or at least if feels that way.  I was happy to get the Holidays over with… It meant we could relax… Right?

Yesterday we ran up to Chicago for Medieval Times.  Its a theme resturant and show…   They have a big areana, and the knights all joust and battle for their king.  Aiden was restless and tired, but Summer was yelling and screaming for her knight.  She even got a flower thrown to her.  Quite exciting.  In the end, our “Blue” knight got knocked out in the 2nd round.
