Not a chance! Its been in the 60’s for the past few days! Very nice. It made hanging Christmas lights up a snap. I probably put more lights up today than I have done in years! Pictures soon.
Went to Iowa for Thanksgiving. The kids had a great time playing on all of Ray’s antique IH tractors. Again, I need to extract photos to show this scene off.
Watching Sunday Night Football right now… Is it me, or is this the greatest thing in modern football history? Madden and Micheals…. Costas… Brilliant production… Whats not to love? I dont even miss Monday Night Football at all!

Well, its almost high speed… Convinced that I will never see a broadband connection from Gallatin River… I have purchased a Hughes Net, Satellite Dish with 2 way transmission. Soon, I will be beaming into space! (For those who dont know, I cant get DSL or cable where I live.)
The speeds are far better than my dialup connection (averaging 33.6 bps) and will end my computer rage. Seriously… Its becoming rage. Ang asks me to check the weather, or get a map… 10 minutes later I have an answer!
Average download speed on the new connection will be 700 bps with an upload of 128. At 59.00 a month, its about the same price as paying for an Dialup account with a second phone line… Which I am!

Sorry this takes so long. I really want to give this a good effort, similar to the England trip, but I have not been able to find the time to really sit down and get creative. So, just keep checking back to the site every couple of days, and you should see that trip page inch along!
I also added some Halloween photos to the front page. Aiden got first prize at the American Legion party for his costume. I think they must give some kind of special credit to “homemade”. Ang worked on that thing for a few days… Fortunately, asking Aiden to put it on was easy…. He would play in it for 30 to 40 minutes at a time!

Got an email from Judy Barr this weekend… Telling me that this Green Party guy was a Socialist in the 80’s… A couple thoughts: How bad is it when you have to reassure your base not to vote for the 3rd party? Also, who wasn’t something else in the 80’s? Or 20 years ago for that matter? I was all about Bill Clinton back then! Jeeze!
